2. Nature of the Service

It does not:

- Provide animal breeding services
- Act as a pet sitting or walking service

The Platform only facilitates communication between independent users.
3. No Veterinary or Breeding Services

Any interaction between animals occurs solely at the discretion and responsibility of their owners.
4. User Responsibility
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:
- You are solely responsible for your pet’s health, safety, and behavior.
- You are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal animal welfare laws.
- You assume all risks related to interactions arranged through the Platform.
- The Platform is not responsible for injuries, damages, or disputes between users.
5. NFC Identification Disclaimer
The NFC tag provided or used with the Platform:
- Is an informational tool only
- Does not provide real-time tracking or GPS
- Does not guarantee recovery of a lost pet
- Does not replace microchips or official identification
The Platform is not liable for misuse, malfunction, or misinterpretation of NFC information.
6. Prohibited Uses
Users may not:
- Use the Platform for animal breeding or sale
- Misrepresent themselves or their pets
- Engage in harassment, fraud, or harmful conduct
- Circumvent safeguards or misuse data
- Violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws
Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- The Platform makes no guarantees regarding outcomes of user interactions.
- Use of the Platform is at your sole risk.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform.
